A cord cutting meditation is one that can bring mindfulness as to where your energy is being pulled from you. This meditation will have you visualize yourself cutting cords to people, places, situations or things that are no longer serving you.
While in this beautiful state, Laura will be playing the sound bowls, along with other musical instruments, to get you into this deep relaxing zone so you can let go and experience yourself healing these energetic pulls.
