About the event
Join us for a beautiful and transformative Cord Cutting meditation and Sound bath with Krystal Parry.
Bring your Yoga Mat and Pillow as you relax into this wonderful calmness!
A cord cutting meditation can bring mindfulness as to where your energy is being pulled from you. This meditation will have you visualize yourself cutting cords to people, places, situations or things that are no longer serving you.
While in this beautiful meditative state sound bowls will play to help your body and mind relax and allow you to experience yourself healing these energetic pulls in real time.
This is a meditation you don't want to miss! Space is limited so sign up soon!
