About the event
A Full Moon Meditation brings in "completion energy". It is a time to reflect, release, and manifest! The Full Moon is the great celestial mirror. It reflects back not only the light of the heavens but also the light within you.
Come join us as we also relax into a crystal soundbath journey, awaken your spirit within!
This class will be in person so bring a pillow, a yoga mat or blanket so you are comfortable for an hour laying on the floor.
