Usui Reiki 2 in Cedar City 4/3/27 10-1pm (**Must have attended REIKI 1I first**)

Reiki comes from Japanese energy healing traditions. The word means “universal energy,” and the practice is based on the belief that an initiated reiki healer channels this universal energy through their body and hands onto the receiver to facilitate balance and healing.

Reiki is a noninvasive complementary therapy that doesn’t replace medical advice or treatment but does have evidence supporting its health benefits. Reiki's benefits include relief from anxiety and depression, pain management, high blood pressure, fatigue reduction, among many others.

Reiki 2 -You will learn 3 of 5 power symbols, what each one means and where and when to use them. Your energy force will become much stronger. You will also learn how to do healing for someone not physically present.

Reiki 2 is taken before Reiki 3, which must take one full year to transform and absorb all the symbols and energy in the body.
