Usui Reiki I @ Free Will Healing 11/8/25 2-6pm

Reiki comes from Japanese energy healing traditions. The word means “universal energy,” and the practice is based on the belief that an initiated Reiki healer channels this Universal energy through their body and hands onto the receiver to facilitate balance and healing.

Reiki is a noninvasive complementary therapy that doesn’t replace medical advice or treatment but does have evidence supporting its health benefits. Reiki's benefits include relief from anxiety and depression, pain management, high blood pressure, fatigue reduction, among many others.

Reiki I -You will learn the history; you will get an attunement, and you will do “hands on” with the team. Students learn hands on healing for him/herself and others. You learn to do healing on those you can put your hands on, and those present in the room with you.

Reiki 1 is taken before Reiki 2.
