Usui Reiki Training-hands on- at Hive Therapy in St. George UT **Prepare for Multiple dates**. Reiki 1-June 7th 6pm-8pm, & June 8th 10am-1pm (BOTH DAYS). Reiki 2-July 13th 10am-1pm. You cannot take Reiki 2 without Reiki 1.

Usui Reiki was created by Dr. Mikao Usui in the 20th century, that was then brought from Japan to the United States in the late 1930's.
What is Reiki? During a Reiki session, the practitioner places their hands directly on you or above you to bring about "healing". The belief is that the practitioner can stimulate your own body’s natural healing abilities. Your body does the work!!
Reiki has been stuided and proven to lower blood pressure, relive pain, anxiety, fatigue, been shown to improve quality of life, help sleep patterns, and boost mood. It can also treat depression and supports feelings of relaxation and well being, all WITH NO SIDE EFFECTS!
How does it feel to give Reiki? As a Reiki Practitioner you may feel tingling, heat or cold from your hands as you work.
